The people that are friendly, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they even have cards that you use to do your laundry with that's kind of like a debit card but only for lone Star laundry where you can put money on it and use it for your laundry in the machines

Washers are fairly priced, small washer is under 3.00, larger washer is under 5.00. The driers are .35 per 8 minute intervals. You can load the ‘laundry cards’ with cash or debit. Clean facility, fair prices and plenty of washers and driers.

I've received nothing short of an exceptional experience since I've been washing/drying my clothes @ Lonestar Laundromat 10968 Montwood a couple of months ago. In addition, the washers and dryers are always extremely clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful, especially "Christina", whom never hesitates to assist customers including myself with any/all questions & services pertaining to the efficient operation of the Laundromat. In fact, it is exemplary staff members like Christina that have encouraged me to continue to utilize the professional services of the Lonestar laundromat (AND TO THINK THAT THERE IS AN ON-SITE LAUNDRY ROOM AT THE APARTMENTS WHERE I RESIDE) ...NEED I SAY MORE?! THANK YOU!!!

Ok. So after I got over the fact they didn't take coins (which was about 1 min), I walked into a very CLEAN laundromat with a female attendant who couldn't have been more helpful in setting me up with the card and then she showed me how to use it for both the washer and dryer. After I was done there might have been $1.15 left over which if you don't return to use again, handing it over to someone who might need it was not that hard to do. They offer a variety of sizes of machines and the dryers were very good and dried the clothes quickly. The washers did a great job. I can't emphasis enough how CLEAN this place was, even the bathroom. Don't hesitate walking in this place.... I am glad I did.

This is the only laundromat I go to. It's always clean and they have more variety different size washers to choose from. The small is under $2 ,they have the medium for $3.95,large and extra large washers. And they also have the extra large dryers. Washers and dryers only take cards you add money too but I find it more convenient and faster this way. I also like that it's open 24/7

This laundromat is a great place for doing what you need to wash. The person who was there was extremely nice and helpful. She showed me how to work with the washers. I haven't been to a laundromat in years, so I had forgotten how to use them. A huge shout out to her!

Always clean, a little high to wash, but the machines give a good quality wash. The dryers are dirt cheap and makes the price of the wash well worth it. It's 24hr so that's very convenient. They also offer a wash service and have an attendant present.

The place was clean. The lady in attendance was so helpful. She was cleaning and helping those in there using the machines. You have to purchase a laundry card for the amount you need. We washed a huge comforter and she saw it and suggested the 60 pound capacity machine for $6.75. The large dryer was $1.75 for 8 minutes. Keep the laundry card to reload for any future laundry needs.

I have been coming here for 5 years. I'm so grateful that the attendant is in the parking lot, when next door has their events because when I had come one Saturday and the attendant was not there I left because there was no parking because next door was having there event and they all took the laundmat parking lot. so the customer that go on Saturday didn't have no where to park. @Erin Castle the attendant is doing their job by making sure us customers have some where to park when we come to wash especially on Saturday when next door has their events once a month. I also have seen people be rude to the attendant and expect the attendant to do their laundry when it is a self service Laundromat if you want the attendant wash for you then pay for the service.
